The Athens-Clarke County Stormwater Department has asked us to build an interactive map of stormwater catchments in Athens. Citizens will be able to find out where their water goes, and the Stormwater Department will be able to track research they're doing about water quality.

Technorati is an important blog index that allows reader and writers to organize and index content based on a sophisticated tagging system. While Athens Exchange and Overheard in Athens have been indexed all along, we've finally added our Project Blog to our Technorati Profile.

Tonight we launched the new look for Overheard in Athens, one of our Boxkite Media Outlets. We think its more readable and easier to navigate. Hope you do, too. Our plan is to add user accounts so readers can start submitting headlines in addition to quotes. We're also thinking about a store so folks can get their very own Overheard in Athens swag.

We've just finished and launched a complete redesign of Athens Exchange. We think the new look is a lot more readable and organized than the previous iteration. We also added a lot of new features, including blogs (food, tech, music, and mp3), a food section. A UGA section is coming soon.

The new site for UGA's Phi Kappa Literary Society is live. In addition to a facelift, we've created a suite of content management tools that allow all the members to update their own profiles, admins to manage their debate topics and calendar dates, and communication tools that help members and alums keep in touch.

Since Overheard in Athens has been such a remarkable success in becoming a part of the online life of Athens, we though Atlanta could use one of their own. So we launched Overheard in Atlanta. That's one less place where its safe to say dumb things in public.
