Because of this monumental month of sports mayhem, I have scoured the Internet for you Football hooligans out there and have found what I believe to be the best places experience World Cup chaos on the net.

We teamed up with the Harvard Debate Institutes and built a web application to support their need for a public debate forum, as well as the ability to take applications from interested debaters or coaches for Congressional Debate participation.
